Withheld was the temporary name of an MDP Bloc signed by The Knights Radiant, Black Knights and Name Withheld on August 6th, 2022 following from the split up of Hollywood. The official name and theme of the bloc has yet to be announced.
On January 6th, 2023, The Knights Radiant and Name Withheld issued 72 hour notices of cancellation of their respective treaties with Carthago.
On January 11th, 2023, the remaining Withheld alliances and Cataclysm formed the ODOO bloc.
