Espionage Formula[]
The basic success percent formula is:
Odds = (Safety Level * 25) + ((Your Spies * 100)/(((Enemy Spies * 3) + 1)))
Safety Level is an integer from 1-3
- Quick and Dirty: 1
- Normal Precautions: 2
- Extremely Covert: 3
Depending on the operation, these odds are then further reduced.
Final Odds = Odds / Operation Modifier
Operation Modifiers are as follows
- Sabotage
- Tanks: 1.5
- Aircraft: 2
- Ships: 3
- Missile: 4
- Nuclear Weapon: 5
- Gather Intelligence: 1
- Assassinate Spies: 1.5
Looting Formula[]
The formula for looting is below, with no money being looted if they have less than 1 million.
MIN(((Attacking Soldiers*RAND(0.5,1)) + (Attacking Tanks*RAND(7,13))*Victory), Defender's Money * 0.75, Defender's Money - 1,000,000)
Victory values are:
- Phyrric: 1
- Moderate: 2
- Immense Triumph: 3

Infra Destroyed = min(RANDOMBETWEEN(300, max(350, Pop Density*3)), City Infra Limit, Total City Infra)
Where:
City Infra Limit = (City Infrastructure * 0.3) + 100

Nuke Damage Formula[]
The formula for the infrastructure damage is:
Infra Destroyed = min(RANDOMBETWEEN(1700, max(2000, Pop Density*13.5)), City Infra Limit, Total City Infra)
Where:
City Infra Limit = (City Infrastructure *0.8) + 150
