Treasure Island (TI) was a temporary alliance formed through the amalgamation of various allied alliance members in an attempt to hoard treasures and increase their funds through them. It was formed by members of The Syndicate, The Chola, Guardian, Mensa HQ, Cornerstone, Charming Friends, The Coalition, and Blue Moon on October 16, 2016. After its formation, it became the largest alliance in P&W. On November 5, 2016, the Treasure Anti-Trust Act was announced by Sheepy likely in response to the alliance. At one point its bank was stolen by a leader of Blue Moon causing Blue Moon's disbandment. On December 19, 2016 after the Treasure Anti-Trust Act took effect, the alliance was renamed to Dongminion and several of its constituent alliances began to split back to their original affiliations. At the time of its rebranding, it was the largest alliance in the game by both score and member count.

In October, they managed to obtain 14 of the 30 existing treasures through either allied members joining or through purchasing from third parties. After they respawned in November, they obtained 10 of the 30.
