The Orbis Color Owners Association Accords was a non aggression pact between Guardian and Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie, signed on January 24th, 2014.[1]
The Orbis Color Owners Association Accords
Article I - This Land is My Land, That Land is Your Land
The alliances of Guardian and the Vereenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie (VoC), for the purpose of mutual interests, have come together to recognize each other's sovereign claim to a color sphere of Orbis.
Article II - Title Deeds (Sovereign Color Claims)
The VoC hereby recognizes the sovereign claim of Guardian over the blue color sphere. No alliance shall occupy the blue sphere without the consent of Guardian. All nations that occupy the blue sphere reside there only with the consent of Guardian.
Guardian hereby recognizes the sovereign claim of the VoC over the orange color sphere. No alliance shall occupy the orange sphere without the consent of the VoC. All nations that occupy the orange sphere reside there only with the consent of the VoC.
Article III - Rental Agreement (Defense of Sovereignty, Non-Aggression)
Guardian and the VoC, having recognized each other's claim to a color sphere, agree to defend and uphold said claims. If the sovereignty of one signatory's claim to a color sphere is threatened, at their request, the other signatory shall agree to help defend that sovereign claim. This agreement shall only extend to the claim of sovereignty over the aforementioned color spheres. To that end, Guardian and the VoC also hereby agree to a policy of non-aggression towards each other. No nation from either signatory alliance shall engage in raids or any other attack on the other signatory alliance.
Article IV - Mortgaging (Cancellation)
Either signatory alliance may withdraw from these accords after notifying the other signatory alliance. These accords will then remain in effect for another 48 hours, after which it is considered canceled.
