The second iteration of The Illuminati (EYE) was a yellow team alliance formed on 23 June 2025 from former government members of The Golden Horde. The alliance drew its theme from the Bavarian Illuminati and the New World Order conspiracy theory.
The alliance was led by the Illuminatus Dirigen, who is currently Zayba and was supported by the Illuminatus Magistralis, which was Rein Dvorak. The Shadow Council, which consisted of The Illuminati's High and Low government operated as a unified council that handled responsibilities of any given traditional departments.
This iteration had no connections to the original alliance which dawned the same name.
On 23 August 2025, The Illuminati would begin its process of disbanding, and over a course of under two weeks all government members and the alliance's membership would take their leave from the alliance, mostly to Event Horizon or alliances protected by EVH.

- 23rd of June - The Illuminati is formed by Zayba, Rein Dvorak, and Alpharius.
- 25th of June - The Illuminati signs an Extension treaty with the Republic of Libertas and an Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact with Registered Infra Offenders.
- 20th of July - The Illuminati activates its 72 hour clause with Republic of Libertas, with its reasonings being provided in private.
- 23rd of July - The Illuminati is provided and signs a Protectorate Treaty from Event Horizon, joining its STELLAR Program. The Illuminati would also make a forum post declaring its existence officially, thanking the Republic of Libertas for all of the help provided to EYE, and announcing its Protectorate treaty with Event Horizon.
- 26th of July - The Illuminati and Darkstar sign an Optional Defense Pact.
- 3rd of August - Sandson is brought into The Illuminati's Shadow Council.
- 15th of August - IRON is brought into the Shadow Council as a Illuminatus Minor.
- 16th of August - Rein Dvorak steps down from his position of Illuminatus Magistralis.
- 20th of August - The Illuminati's ODoAP with Registered Infra Offenders is terminated.
- 23rd of August - Zayba would begin the process of disbanding The Illuminati. BHAARAT resigns from his position in the Lower Shadow Council.
- 26th of August - Alpharius would resign from his position in the Upper Shadow Council and leave to found the alliance Imperial Expeditionary Force.
- 28th of August - Event Horizon terminates its Protectorate treaty with The Illuminati.
- 2nd of September - Sandson resigns from his position within the Upper Shadow Council, and would take his leave from the alliance to join Alpharius' alliance, Weyland Yutani Corporation. With his departure, the only member would be Zayba, marking the formal disbandment of The Illuminati. In total, the second iteration of The Illuminati was active for 71 days.
