The German Reich is an alliance under the rule of Prince Oskar of New Germany. The German Reich is a top 30 alliance with 33 members as of March 21, 2015.

Constitution: Preamble We the leaders of the prosperous nations of the German Reich have come together to create this constitution to create a better alliance and to serve the future generations. 

Article One: The Legislative Branch The laws of the alliance shall be made by a Royal Parliament selected by the People. Any member of the parliament is able to propose a law. The Royal Parliament than votes on whether the bill should become law. If the bill is passed, it is sent to the Chancellor. The Chancellor than carefully considers the bill and either signs or vetos the bill. If the Chancellor vetos a bill, the Royal Parliament may override the veto with a vote 66% in favor of the bill. The Chancellor shall have the power to write an Executive Law which does not have to go to the Royal Parliament. The Parliament may revoke that law with a 66% negative vote. If the Royal Parliament does not pass the Executive Order as a bill within a week, it will be revoked automatically.

Article Two: The Executive Branch Besides the legislative powers of the Chancellor, he has several other powers. The Chancellor shall the Commander in Chief of the Royal Forces. Only the Chancellor may officially add to the alliance Hitlist. The Chancellor may also declare war on another alliance. The Chancellor shall be the Head of State. When doing deals with other nations or alliances, the Chancellor shall be the Chief Diplomat. In discussions or debates, the Chancellor shall represent the Reich. 

Article Three: The Judicial Branch The Chancellor shall appoint a Judge with the consent of Parliament to be in charge or convicting or pardoning defendants in civil or criminal domestic cases.
