TEI is a parliamentary Diarchy led by two insurgents (see constitution). The alliance consists of two branches contributing to leadership and policy: the alliance-elected council and the 4 parties (and their elected Heads). The parliamentary branch is chaired by the Parliament Leader (currently Cian), and the council branch is chaired by the Council Leader (currently Samuel). Council elections are held quarterly, while party elections are held at members discretion.
