The Ampersand (2nd) (t&) was a blue alliance founded around March 2022 as a rebrand of Starfleet Command. The Ampersand was a continuation of R&R from CyberNations, and the successor of R&R (1st), (2nd), and the original the Ampersand. The alliance would on April 2, 2022; merged with Sunray Victoria to form The Hive.
