The 11th Pingoland (Pingolian: Da 11. Pingojeyn; Cyrillic: Тхе 11. Пинголанд), simply known as Pingoland (Pingolian: Pingojeyn; Cyrillic: Пинголанд), is a country on Antarctica. It is the 11th ruling socialist goverment after the Pingolian Civil War, also known as: The Great Antarctian Restoration.
Every leader of Pingoland (including it's current leader) goes under the title of: Heah the Pingol.

The country is divided into 7 provinces, most commonly known as Oblasts (Pingolian: Oblasty, Cyrillic: область). Within Pingoland's provincens contains their municipalities, more commonly called Opštinas (Pingolian: Opštinanen; Cyrillic: општина). Pingoland's capital, Heahland, is both an oblast and an opština.

Even tho Pingoland's official national animal is penguins. On the capitals official seal, a bear is shown. A legend is said that the first Heah the Pingol of Pingoland, fought off an polar bear with nothing but it's bare hands. Even with it's tripple huge size, the bear lost. In memorial of the nations first Heah, a polar bear was placed on the seal to commend Heah's legendary victory.
