Looks like an obsolete alliance. I'd suggest tagging with a sparse alliance info box and adding to the dissolved alliance category.

Pretty much my thoughts. I belive there is a disbanded allaince info box somewhere or another I'll see if I can dig it up. If not I'll make one for it.

Use the standard alliance infobox template with the status set to Disbanded.
