Serene Wei was a pink alliance founded on January 4th 2023 as a merge of Serene Repubblica Fiorentina and The Wei. Serene Dojo served as SW's training alliance.
On October 12th 2023 SW merged with Skull & Bones to form The Cypher.

Culture[]
Serene Wei has been described as "cult-like" in their devotion to the alliance and committal to the theme. A huge amount of money and effort are expended on propaganda and "meme-culture". Previous incarnations of the alliance have made attempts at collectible, Wei-themed card games and various literature.
Best Propaganda[]
The Wei has released a large series of alliance adverts most of which include puns on the alliance name, some of which can be seen below. Whilst some have been banned from use for their choice of content, others have reportedly confused players (see Politics and Wei), as well as resulting in embargoes against the alliance and it's members.
At various points, The Wei has held between 1 in 3 to 1 in 5 (20-30%) of all adverts shown at any one time, with some adverts receiving over 4 million views and tens of thousands of clicks.
During the 2021 and 2022 PnW Awards, The Wei (Serene Wei) were voted Best Propaganda.
