The Rakatan Infinite Empire (RIE) was founded on the first of May 2021 by MH_Speedy and Captain Crunch as a raiding alliance. Both were the only gov at that time despite having more members. The Alliance can been seen as successor to their previous alliance The Infinite Empire as many of the same people are involved with both alliances. Since that time RIE has transitioned into a more traditional alliance
