R&R was a small, orange alliance founded on January 6, 2016. Its initial members moved from Cyber Nations to establish the R&R alliance in a new game. It disbanded in early August 2016 due to raids from several Arrgh! members. This later became one of the causes of the Stop Online Piracy Act war. R&R later reformed on September 26, 2016.
Move from CN to P&W[]
The leadership (DemonSpawn & GreyOps) of R&R in Cyber Nations made a decision to move from Cyber Nations to Politics and War. Soon after, they were followed by 12 others who would be the so-called founders of the alliance. They are (in no particular order):

Protectorate with the Brotherhood of the Clouds[]
Shortly after R&R's declaration of existence, the Brotherhood of the Clouds posted confirmation that R&R was under BoC's protection. The two alliances have many familiar members with years of history between them.
