Pantheon-HS ODoAP was an ODoAP signed between Pantheon and House Stark.

Preamble Edit

The Gods and Goddesses of the great mountain had often heard tales of Kings from a northern realm and took it upon themselves to travel to meet with the kings in the prophecies that the oracles foretold. House Stark and Pantheon come together, having strengthened their bond of peace and mutual understanding between the Gods and Kings.

Article I: Non-Aggression Edit

The signatories of this treaty agree not to conduct any acts of warfare, espionage, or any other acts of violence against the other. If this happens, the signatories shall handle the situation maturely and privately.

Article II: Optional Defence Edit

In the event that either signatory is attacked, the defending signatory has the right to call for aid, be it in the form of military assistance or financial aid. While either signatory has the right to decline assistance, it is highly recommended that they come to the defending signatories aid.

Article III: Optional Aggression Edit

If either signatory initiates hostile action towards another entity, the other signatory has the right, and a valid CB, to attack alongside the attacking signatory. However, there is no obligation in doing so.

Article IV: Intelligence Edit

In the event that one signatory gains intelligence on the other that could be vital to their security, they must share that intelligence with them, in a swift and appropriate manner

Article V: Aid Edit

At any time, a signatory of this treaty may ask for aid of any kind from the other. Although the other signatory has the option to refuse the aid with a reason why, it is recommended that they accept the request and send aid as soon as possible.

Article VI: Termination Edit

At any time, any signatory may cancel this treaty for any reason. If this happens, the signatory that wishes to leave must give the other signatory seventy-two hours notice of the cancellation
