The Protectorate Empowerment & Coordination Center (P.E.R.C.C) is a protectorate bloc formed by The Golden Horde (2nd), with assistance from Camelot on February 13th, 2024. On March 12th, 2024 Camelot formally withdrew from the bloc.
On February 28th, 2025 The Golden Horde would determine that P.E.R.C.C no longer served its interests and would discontinue the protectorate bloc. Unforgiven Legion's membership within the bloc would be terminated, but their protectorate treaty to The Golden Horde would be kept.
The goals of the bloc were to allow protectorates of The Golden Horde to grow, expand, and help new alliances get off of the ground.

2024[]
- 13th of February - P.E.R.C.C is formed by The Golden Horde and Camelot.
- 6th of March - The Primal Knights is dropped by TGH and Camelot after disobeying direct orders from TGH and Camelot to surrender to the Cult of Canyon.
- 12th of March - Camelot withdraws from P.E.R.C.C.
- 25th of April - Vibe Reborn joins P.E.R.C.C.
2025[]
- 30th of January - Vibe Reborn would issue its 72 hour clause with The Golden Horde and P.E.R.C.C, disbanding after doing so. Members would join The Golden Horde.
- 27th of February - The Golden Horde begins internal discussions on reevaluating the areas where P.E.R.C.C has been successful in, and the areas where it needs improvement, along with the experiences of all signatories both current and present, and its general compatibility with the goals and interests of The Golden Horde. A proposal for restructuring or discontinuing P.E.R.C.C also starts.
- 28th of February - The Golden Horde discontinues P.E.R.C.C following an evaluation of the bloc. Unforgiven Legion's position within the bloc is terminated, but UL remains a protectorate of The Golden Horde.
