The New California Republic alliance is an offshoot off Nukaworld which is the raider wing of the "7 kingdoms of the Empire of the Moonlit Sakura", though being its own independent project, it is still subordinate to the 7K umbrella. Both the leader of NukaWorld and the 7 Kingdoms of The Empire of the Moonlit Sakura are currently present within the alliance as helping hands.
