Metropolitan Planning is a national project reduces the cost of new cities by $150million for a total of $300million reduced from the original cost with both pre-requisites. It requires Urban Planning, Advanced Urban Planning and 21 cities to build.
This project costs 60,000 aluminum , 40,000 steel , 30,000 uranium , 15,000 lead , 15,000 iron , 15,000 bauxite , 10,000 oil and 10,000 coal .
