Let Me Upgrade Ya! was a Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Pact signed between Fark and the Viridian Entente on April 5, 2016 as an upgrade of Farking About Viridia. It was later used by Fark to defend VE in NPO's First Time ♥. It was canceled on August 7, 2016 when Paragon, composed of Rose and VE, canceled all other MD level treaties.

Preamble[]
The Viridian Entente (VE) and Fark enter this agreement for the benefit of both alliances.
Article I: Non-Aggression[]
VE and Fark shall not attack each other. If there are any disputes, they will be handled privately.
Article II: Sovereignty[]
Both parties retain their individual sovereignty. Neither party shall threaten that sovereignty with any action directly or indirectly.
Article III: Intelligence[]
Both parties will disclose intel to each other as fully as possible.
Article IV: Mutual Defense (non-chaining)[]
If VE or Fark fall under attack, the other party is obligated to enter the conflict in defense of the attacked party, including each party's protectorates.
Article V: Optional Aggression[]
If VE or Fark wish to attack outside entities, the other party may assist, including conflicts resulting from protectorate agreements. Participation is completely optional.
Article VI: Termination[]
If either party wishes to cancel this agreement, a private notice of 72 hours is required. The treaty shall remain active during the 72 hour cancellation period.
