Jolly Roger was a mass raid that began when Arrgh raided Skull & Bones and Providentia following the Nuke/Missile auction. The auction was held to test the new update to Nuclear Weapons and Missiles. On August 10th Arrgh achieved their contractual goal of 18b damage done to Skull & Bones and Providentia, it has to be noted that most bots that are commonly used by the P&W community to calculate damage done/taken in alliance wars broke down just before the start of this war because of API changes. Also the hotfix introduced a MAP bug that was exploited by both sides cause a lot of wars to get reset/peaced out later by the moderators which caused more issues with damage tracking.
Arrgh and the contractor resorted to making their own damage calculators to track the stats, on August 10th both, Arrgh and the contractor, agreed that the contract is fulfilled.
