Economy

This nation has a State Capitalism system of economics. In which that the state mandates and regulates the industry and owns some of the larger corporations. However it does allow the economy to dictate itself in many aspects as to not bloat the system. However the state capitalism system does however have its drawbacks.

Industries

The economy of Norsif is mostly Military Industry and mining with offshore drilling. Thanks to oil deposits in the ocean within Norisfian waters. The industry has been producing gasoline for decades. While the Military Industrial Complex is the other big part of the industry. Ensuring that the Norsif Military is well equipped.

History

The people of Norsif are a Nord race of vikings whom around 200 AD while sailing from Iceland crashed upon the shores of this asian island of the North. They were lead by a man of the Clan Ranrike, in which he began to work hard to build their colony as they had no choice before winter set in. 

Once it was built they began to harvest and grow crops  which kept them alive. It wouldn't be till around 1509 when the island was visited by foreigners to meet a warring clan of Norsif. They were a tall and bulky race of Icelandic Vikings. They converted to Christianity and were eager to suppress the former religion to go so far as to burn the practioners of the old religion upon the stakes.

They returned to the shadows until around 1945 when they were armed. And they began to train up a military. The entire country began to become one large military with more then 40% of the population required to join the military forces.

Controversies

• The Nation even in the modern era has not only criminalized but banned same sex unions, and it is currently illegal to be a homosexual in the Nation.
• Transgender Rights are banned. They refuse to allow them as it is considered a mental illness.
• Citizens must be Christian and serve in the Army of the holy Reich of Norsif.
• It is illegal to be obese. In fact the obese are conscripted into the military. And must serve a longer sentence in the military. And maintain a good physical physique.
