Hiroshi "Solaris" Rokkaku is a entrepreneur residing in Lunar City, Achenar. And was the second and fifth leader of the Meta Board before being superseded by Featherine.
Early life
Hiroshi Rokkaku was born in 1995 in Marugame, Japan. He lived his first few years in Rokkenjima until the Rokkenjima Assault of 2004 when The Collective stormed the island and abducted possible future candidates to join their organization and killed the rest of the inhabitants. His brother, Satoshi was among those taken. Hiroshi's father was revealed to be a sleeper agent of the organization and left Hiroshi to die in a forest after he attempted to fight back by killing one of the Collective's lieutenants. He was later found by Virgilia and adopted him to nurse him back to health. He served in the Meta Armed Forces until the Meta board's disbandment. His first war was the Meta Patriotic War. He has experienced extensive combat training during his time there. Because of his temper and mental instability he was constantly watched due to his lack of moral restraint when killing his opponents. He became Lambdadelta's right-hand man until the fall of the Meta Board then went off the radar to the Korean Peninsula where he eventually overthrew the South Korean Government and formed his own nation effectively being Meta Board's successor. As time progressed the Meta Board reclaimed the Meta Board's foundation rebuilding the cities of the Meta Board with higher tier technology hundreds of years ahead of the rest of the world.
