The 5th Golden Phoenix Coalition, also known as the Second Empire, was a PnW community that stems all the way from its roots in 2017. It was the 5th generation of the original Golden Phoenix Coalition. Formed by MinesomeMC as a splinter from Clover Kingdom (which rebranded into The Coal Mines) it plans to reclaim the ranking of the Fourth Generation and continue its growth and domination. On January 15, 2021 it merged to form Prima Victoria with an offsite gaming community of the name Terra Nova.

Events[]
Withdrawal from Clover Kingdom
On May 27, 2020; Several members some ex-GPC members leave Clover Kingdom to form the Golden Phoenix Coalition. The Alliance would be led by MinesomeMC. Clover Kindgom would later rebrand to The Coal Mines as TheShadow (AntMan) would handover leadership to Nokia Rokia. Clover Kingdom/The Coal Mines would be the protector of the new GPC.
Protection under the Church of Atom
On July 04, 2020; GPC and Church of Atom would agree to a treaty that would ensure the protection of GPC. The treaty would also require GPC to ally with The Kree Empire, another protectorate of CoA. The treaty between The Coal Mines would be upgraded to a MDoAP.
Agon's failed blitz
On June 19, 2020; several Agon members would declare war on low teir members of GPC. GPC would react by launching a counter-blitz on Agon alongside its allies KonoSuba and The Kree Empire. GPC had suspected that this war was started due to an earlier event in which Deulos, the leader of Agon, was kicked from GPC (4th) government and attacked after attempting to declare war on an alliance without proper consultant with the leadership. 4 days later, Deulos would agree to a surrender and a 30 day NAP resulting in a GPC victory.
Attempt to enter the Commonwealth's sphere
June 20, 2020; the Commonwealth and Golden Phoenix Coalition would agree to a treaty in which Golden Phoenix Coalition would be protected under tCW. However, an hour after the treaty was signed tCW would pull out of the treaty. This was due to concerns from government officials in the Commonwealth.
The housing of The Coal Mines Members
On July 07, 2020; several TCM members would join the Golden Phoenix Coalition in agreement to hold the members and keep them safe in exchange for tax income. This would be until A Swampy Situation, a war with The Coal Mines against Swamp bloc, would come to an end. GPC would peak at 40,000 score with 25 members. When they returned GPC would fall back to a score of 21,000 score and 13 members.
Involvement in the Ordo Draconis Coup
On July 23, 2020; Ian Smith (Project 11) former leader of Brotherhood of the Clouds would coup Ordo Draconis. The motive was in order to keep Ordo Draconis from disbanding as the leader was planning to merge it into Terminus Est. After the disbanding occurred anyway, Ian Smith joined GPC along with the remaining OD bank.
Camelot - GPC Crisis over the Ordo Draconis Bank
July 24, 2020; Camelot would attempt to take claim over the entire bank of Ordo Draconis. Church of Atom, alongside GPC, would discuss the banks demands with Camelot. Some issues and disagreements in the discussion would lead to Camelot withdrawing from talks and threatening war in the coming future. Camelot would agree later to an amount of bank that CoA and Camelot saw as reasonable.
Involvement in the New World Order Coup
On August 3rd, 2020; a former GPC member would coup the alliance New World Order under the guidance of the Golden Phoenix Coalition. The alliance would be temporarily turned into an extension of the Golden Phoenix Coalition until it would be disbanded and a few of its members join GPC. The motive behind the coup was incompetence in the leadership of New World Order as the perpetrator actually wanted to learn government in the alliance but learned of the incompetence in the alliance itself.
Partnership with Acadia
On August 5, 2020; GPC and Acadia would agree to an ODoAP treaty. This would be signed days after a coup was conducted by Josh of Clan Mason to prevent the merge of Acadia into the Children of the Light.
Golden Phoenix Whaling Company

On August 11, 2020; Golden Phoenix Whaling Company (GPWC) was formed as the offshore of GPC after Arrgh was able to loot over $350m in resources from the bank with only 3 wars. The theme of GPWC was based on a mixture of GPC and New Pacific Order's controversial extension Guinea Pig Whaling Corp who was involved in the NPO Cheating Scandal. The extension was disbanded on August 13th after concerns from CoA that the offshore was unnecessary.
The Trinity Bloc
On August 25, 2020; GPC alongside The Coal Mines, Crusaders of the Holy Boogaloo, and Micro pockyclypse would form The Trinity, a MnDoAP Bloc. However, GPC would withdraw on September 1, 2020.
Distancing from The Coal Mines + DoE
On September 1st, 2020; the Golden Phoenix Coalition declared that it has cut off ties from The Coal Mines, withdrew from The Trinity and has declared its existance.
Taith Partnership
During the Trinity event, Golden Phoenix Coalition agreed to mutually protect Taith. Following the departure from the bloc, GPC decided to maintain its special relationship with the Business Alliance. It currently serves as an offshore and protectorate of GPC; replacing Golden Phoenix Whaling Company.
Crusades on Former Friends w/Aurora
After signing a ODoAP with Aurora as they were allied with GPC's protector Church of Atom, Aurora launched a second blitz against Trinity bloc. This time GPC would get involved and declared war on The Coal Mines during TCM's counter-offensive. Weebunism caught wind of this and decided that they need to intervene and launched a counter-offensive against GPC. The war would be White-Peaced a few days later. While outnumbered GPC was able to maintain a lot of damage to its opponents, however due to GPC members holding lots of money in their nations a lot of damage was lost because of looting. Infra damages however were quite similar on both sides.
Relationship with Gladiators & Compass
During Global War 16, Golden Phoenix Coalition would expand its treaty web to include Gladiators and TheNorthWesternSouthRegionofthefarEast (Compass). Gladiators was signed due to it being formed by GPC founder One Legged SIlver aka LongSilver. Compass was signed due to connections to Quack Sphere and inability for Church of Atom to effectively protect GPC during the global war. Compass also fought alongside GPC during Aurora Trinity War.
