History[]
The Empire of the Romans was founded under the name of the Eastern Roman Empire, by Justinian the Great(Roberts) a former Grand Admiral of Arrgh. Within its first month of existence it quickly grew, as it was able to merge with several other alliances, first and foremost was the alliance of the Prusso Roman Imperial Union, that was lead by Palsada.
Justinian and Palsada went on to become the first co-emperors of the new Empire of the Romans. Who's membership was already reaching over 50 members by it's second month, after merging with the Grand Imperial Federation aswell.
