Notes:

Dead Knights Tell No Tales was an anti-piracy campaign initiated on February 18, 2018 by Polaris, The Knights Radiant, Cerberus, and The United Empire of Zah'Aharon against Arrgh in retaliation for their constant raids. Though no peace agreement was signed, the campaign de-facto ended during Knightfall.

History[]

The conflict saw a short break in the fighting when war declarations and espionage operations were frozen on March 1, 2018 by Politics & War's admin, Alex. This was due to several changes being made to the game's war system, which were being deployed to the live server at this time. Upon the cessation of all active wars, all nations in the game were issued twenty-four turns on Beige. The conflict resumed on March 7, when the twenty-four turns had concluded and war declarations/espionage operations were enabled.

The conflict never officially concluded but paused around March 18, 2018 when the Ayyslamic Crusade global conflict broke out and the combatants became busy in a different war. During the global conflict, Cerberus merged into Imperium of Man.

Polaris government considered themselves still at war with Arrgh following the global conflict, however most members of Polaris did not actively declare wars on Arrgh. It remained a low level cold conflict until it broke out shortly again during the Knightfall. Polaris and Arrgh later negotiated to limit the conflict to only counter raids in an attempt to end it and return to the status quo.

The Knights Radiant continued to declare wars consistently until the Knightfall occurred. One of the potential peace terms for that conflict included peace with Arrgh except when countering raids.

TUE’s involvement shrunk over time though no official peace was declared. It is unknown what their stance on the conflict is however their involvement appears to be over.
