Dawn Rising (DR) was an aqua team alliance founded on May 6, 2021. The alliance is the successor of Nova Roma.
This alliance was formed by the members Weeby (Supreme Commander) and Nancho (General).

Government Hierarchy[]
Dawn Rising consists of six government hierarchies: Godfather, who leads the Empire; Underboss, who assists the leader and assumes the role of Interim Leader in the event the Godfather needs a leave of absence. Consiglier, an advisor that can be called on to vote for important governmental decisions. Caporegime, who leads a government department; Sotto Capo, who assists a Caporegime. Soldier, the base level departmental staff. And a Trainee Soldier, a government trainee role.
Membership consists of three membership Hierarchies: Associate, who is a full member of DR with the full rights stated in the agreement, Senior Associate, a more established member of the alliance with greater respect. Recruit Associate, a member who has just begun the training and recruitment process.
