History
Founded by the high government of The Regiment due to a difference of opinion between TR's leader Simmons, TR's econ Rag, and the founders of CHB.
Soon after its formation it was protected by House Stark and Aurora. It also protected another TR spinoff, Kelm's Forsaken, which later merged into CHB.
After the release of the drew durndell video, CHB's membership grew to nearly 60 people, and it surpassed the top 50, however, most of those new people went inactive. House Stark switched to an ODoAP, Strickland Propane signs an ODoAP, and Aurora cancels. During that time CHB was attacked by arrgh, and The Imperium in Arrgh's Great Boogaloo. TLC and Strickland Propane both received attacks from this war. It ended after one round.
Two high government members, Damon and Wyoming, leave to create their own alliance Van der Linde Gang.
CHB signs a MDoAP with Amarr Empire and TheNorthWesternSouthRegionofthefarEast as well as resigns a protectorate with Aurora.
A few months after the last events CHB creates a bloc with The Coal Mines (2nd), Golden Phoenix Coalition (5th), and Micro pockyclypse. GPC and MP eventually leave this bloc, and Neon Dystopia joins. Amarr, NWSRotFE, Stark, and Aurora cut ties because of CHB's sphere change.
