Clair Vaux Bernardus (クレル・ヴォーブ・ベルナルドゥス Kureru Vōbu Berunarudusu) is a Golden and Endless Witch residing in the town of Kazegaura, Rokkenjima. She also hosts the Rokkenjima News Reports, which air weekly on the Rokkenjima News Network (RNN).
Clair is often seen with the RNN crew, traveling to various cities and towns throughout Rokkenjima to report the news. She has a lively and cheerful personality, and is always enthusiastic about her job. Clair had visited many foreign countries during her time on Orbis as well, even receiving the honor of reporting the news there on certain occasions - one of which being the time she reported the Meta Board's news on the Lambdagrad News Channel. Due to this, her popularity in other countries was quite high.
Even during her days off, Clair enjoys traveling. She has also commentated the Meta Board's Witch Tournaments on several occasions, and has participated in one.
