CTOwed is a war that started when House Stark, alongside their ally Guardian and protectorate Imperium of Man, declared war on Carthago over a bank dispute regarding the price of shares of the Foundation bank. Both House Stark and Carthago have a MDoAP with The Fighting Pacifists, who declared their neutrality in the conflict. Paradise, another member of Florida alongside Guardian, would also declare neutrality.
