The Brotherhood of the Clouds (2nd), also known as BoC, is a maroon trade bloc alliance originally formed on August 19, 2014. Brotherhood of the Clouds (1st) was the original BoC. The Brotherhood of Clouds was revived on August 20, 2018. BoC adheres to the Faith of the 11, also known as the Dragon Faith.

Brotherhood of the Clouds announces its re-DoE. BoC was previously defunct for over one year after merging with The Chola to form Zodiac. A triumviral government was established by Frostsword, Fistofdoom, and Thomas. Four ministries were established with Morgan, Viselli, Otto Von Bismark, and Kublai Khan as Ministers.

BoC becomes a protectorate of Rose.
December 1, 2018
Valic's Crusade Against NATO begins after 2 NATO nations attack a BoC member.
December 17, 2018
Valic's Crusade Against NATO comes to an end. BoC and NATO agree to white peace - an informal surrender by NATO - after over two weeks of open wars.
February 18, 2019
BoC adopts a new charter. The triumvirate is abolished and replaced by a monarchy and parliament.
Feb 22, 2019
Thomas is crowned as the first King of BoC.
Brotherhood of the Clouds and Rose sign and announce the Cloud Garden Party, a MnDoAP level treaty.
March 10, 2019
Members of the Death Watch faction of North American Empire (NAE) merge with BoC after a coup by the NATO faction of NAE.
Three members of BoC launch attacks on Sean Anthony, of the alliance Boeing - a protectorate of Afrika Korps. In response Afrika Korps counters all three attackers from BoC. This conflict is still ongoing.

BoC cancels its MDoAP level treaty with Rose, after allegations that Rose tried to help install a Nova Riata low gov member to the King of BoC who would of merged the two alliances.[1] Said installation and subsequent merger never occurred.
