BlackWater was formed after the disbandment of Quack in which The Knights Radiant split paths with The Syndicate. all members of the Sphere are former Quack members from the The Syndicate side.
As of May 23, 2021 BlackWater has 19% of total membership and 22.4% total score out of all the spheres in the game.
On June 15, 2021 Church of Atom and The Syndicate cancelled their treaties and Church of Atom went on to sign Rose
On July 10, 2021, Eclipse cancelled their treaty with The Syndicate and joined the Clock bloc.
On March 12, 2022, Blackwater disbanded, with The Syndicate, and House Stark going on to form the bloc Celestial with Rose, The Dead Rabbits, Baker Street, and Advanced Syndicalist Mechanics. Of the other members Carthago would form The Back Room, Order of the White Rose and The Legion would maintain their Nexus treaties alongside Carthago. Sunray kept their MDP with Carthago and Sunray Victoria kept their MnDoAPs with House Stark and Global Alliance & Treaty Organization. GATO would also sign an MDoAP with Bourbon Street who formed The Back Room alongside Carthago.
