The Abian/Amenican War was a major player-versus-player (proxy) war that began on February 5, 2025, at 3:50 AM UTC, when the United state of Amenica (often confused with United States of America), declared a raid war on The Free United Lands of A. While the United state of Amenica initially saw great success in the opening hours of the war-primarily due to launching a surprise attack-the tide quickly turned. Ultimately, the United state of Amenica surrendered on February 7, 2025, at 10:12 PM, making the war both a military and political victory for The Free United Lands of A.
Background[]
Both nations were very young during the war, with The Free United Lands of A being created on January 31, 2025, and United state of Amenica being created on February 2, 2025. Due to their recent establishment, neither nation had large or well-established armies, nor any reliable income. As a result, both nations resorted to raiding other nations for large sums of money. However, while The Free United Lands of A opposed raiding active nations due to its moral principles (even after joining Eclipse), United state of Amenica raided both active and inactive nations freely, without restraint.
War timeline[]
War declared[]
On February 5, 2025 at 03:50 AM UTC, United state of Amenica declared war on The Free United Lands of A. Their justification for declaring war was as follows:
“Veni, vidi, vici. Now, we shall conquer your lands as we did before.".

Just two minutes later, at 3:52 AM, United state of Amenica launched a surprise airstrike blitz on The Free United Lands of A. Caught off guard, The Free United Lands of A did not even scramble their aircraft to defend, allowing United state of Amenica’s air force free rein to bomb key targets in the capital, Abie City. However, due to poor weather conditions that morning, most of the aircraft missed their targets, resulting in minimal damage. Consequently, the attack was considered a “moderate success.”
Approximately six hours later, at 9:29 AM, United state of Amenica launched another airstrike against The Free United Lands of A. This time, The Free United Lands of A managed to scramble their jets in response. However, none of the United State of Amenica’s aircraft were damaged or destroyed, while one aircraft from The Free United Lands of A Air Force (F.U.L.A. A.F) was shot down. Unlike the earlier attack, this airstrike was far more effective, with United state of Amenica successfully hitting most of their targets, making the operation nearly a complete success.
Ultimatum[]
In response to the attack, President AB of A ordered a retaliatory airstrike against the United state of Amenica at 10:23 AM. The objective was to bomb the hangars of military bases near Almotrand, thereby securing air superiority for the F.U.L.A. A.F. However, the attack was met with fierce resistance, allowing only half of the bombers to hit their targets. Despite this, with none of F.U.L.A. A.F‘s aircraft being destroyed and one of the United state of Amenica’s aircraft shot down, the operation was considered a “moderate success.”
Almost simultaneously, at 10:24 AM, President AB of A ordered a naval blockade on the United state of Amenica. The Free United Lands of A Naval Forces (F.U.L.A. N.F) faced no resistance and successfully imposed the blockade, cutting off key supply routes and further weakening the United state of Amenica’s strategic position.
At 10:38 AM, President AB of A delivered an ultimatum to Dest Azmin Smithon, the leader of the United state of Amenica. The ultimatum was as follows:
“You have attached me with no provocation. I am part of an alliance you know. I consider this attack a provocation and demand for you to sue for peace and pay war reparations. If you don't, expect extreme consequences.”

A response to the ultimatum, would not come until the next day at 04:07 AM. So the war continued on.

Amphibious landing of Almotrand[]
With both air and sea superiority secured, President AB of A ordered an amphibious landing near the United state of Amenica’s capital, Almotrand, at 1:20 PM. Despite initial difficulties in establishing a beachhead, the Free United Lands of A Defense Forces (F.U.L.A. D.F.) successfully secured one by 4:00 PM.
The battle was intense, with 91 F.U.L.A. D.F. soldiers killed and five tanks destroyed. However, the United state of Amenica’s ground forces suffered significantly heavier losses, with 475 soldiers killed and 33 tanks destroyed. Due to these overwhelming casualties, the landing was deemed a complete success by President AB of A.
Following their victory at the beachhead, the F.U.L.A. D.F. pushed further inland toward Almotrand, advancing steadily until they reached Almotrand International Airport, located in the suburbs of the capital.

Battle For Almotrand International Airport[]
At approximately 9:18 PM, a dogfight erupted in the skies over Almotrand. The engagement resulted in four aircraft from the United state of Amenica being shot down, while the F.U.L.A. A.F. lost only one aircraft. This aerial victory further cemented The Free United Lands of A’s air superiority.
Upon reaching Almotrand International Airport on February 6, 2025, at 3:54 AM, the F.U.L.A. D.F. encountered a primarily armored division of the United state of Amenica. What followed was a brief but intense firefight between the two opposing forces. Despite the fierce resistance, the F.U.L.A. D.F. successfully secured full control of Almotrand International Airport.
The battle resulted in 37 F.U.L.A. D.F. soldiers killed and two tanks destroyed. Meanwhile, the United state of Amenica suffered far greater losses, with 17 tanks destroyed and one aircraft lost. The capture of the airport provided a crucial strategic advantage for The Free United Lands of A, effectively cutting off a major transportation and supply hub for the United state of Amenica.
Terror attack[]
At 4:03 AM, police in Abie City, the capital of The Free United Lands of A, responded to a call reporting suspicious activity near a daycare facility. Upon arrival, officers discovered four suspects attempting to plant explosives near the entrance of the daycare.
When confronted, the suspects engaged in a shootout with the two responding officers. Tragically, Officer Joe Swenson, a paraplegic officer, was killed in the exchange. He was later posthumously awarded the Golden Hero Medal for his bravery and service.
The four suspects managed to flee the scene but were later tracked down and killed while attempting to escape the country. Investigations confirmed that they were spies from the United state of Amenica.[1]
Following the incident, President AB of A publicly condemned the attempted terror attack, calling it “an act of desperation and cowardice.” This terror attack might have justified The Free United Lands of A, from going after the spies of United state of Amenica in the Abian/Amenican Espionage war.

United state of Amenica’s response to the Ultimatum[]
At 4:07 AM, Dest Azmin Smithon, leader of the United state of Amenica, finally responded to the ultimatum issued by President AB of A nearly 18 hours earlier. While the response was somewhat unclear,[2] it was later interpreted as a justification for the attack.
According to Smithon, the war was allegedly either an initiation test for joining the alliance Event Horizon or an order from Event Horizon for the United state of Amenica to raid The Free United Lands of A. However, at the time, the United state of Amenica was not a full member of Event Horizon but rather an applicant.
When pressed about their possible involvement, officials from the alliance Event Horizon, outright denied any connection to the conflict and further claimed that they were unaware the United state of Amenica had even applied to join their alliance until that very moment.
It remains unclear whether the United State of Amenica received any external support from Event Horizon or any other alliance or nation. However, given the lack of evidence, it is highly unlikely that they received any assistance at any point during the war.
In contrast, The Free United Lands of A did receive some military support and supplies, though mostly toward the end of the war, due to the ongoing Great War (Double Down) that was taking place at the time. The support The Free United Lands of A received at this point of the war, was mostly moral support from the alliance Eclipse and a select few nations.
Disastrous Amenican Counterattack[]
At around 4:12 AM, the United state of Amenica attempted a counterattack. This counterattack consisted of an airstrike on Almotrand International Airport and a counter-ground offensive at the same location. However, the results were catastrophic for the United state of Amenica. Not only was the airstrike on Almotrand International Airport unsuccessful-resulting in the loss of two aircraft-but the counter-ground offensive was also completely unorganized. This disorganization led to the complete destruction of entire army units from the United state of Amenica.
When the retreat order finally came for the ground forces, they had suffered the loss of 895 soldiers and 50 tanks (nearly a third of all fatalities for the United state of Amenica in this war), compared to The Free United Lands of A’s losses of only 289 F.U.L.A. D.F. soldiers killed and 15 tanks destroyed. This failed counterattack also left the capital of the United state of Amenica almost completely undefended.
Battle for Almotrand[]
Seeing an opportunity, at 9:45 AM, the F.U.L.A. D.F. launched a ground offensive on Almotrand, the capital of the United state of Amenica. Initially, the F.U.L.A. D.F. encountered little resistance in the suburbs of Almotrand. However, this changed upon reaching the industrial district, where intense urban combat ensued. Some of the most ferocious fighting occurred in the following hours. Ultimately, at 3:08 PM, the F.U.L.A. D.F. completely captured the industrial region of Almotrand. This victory was symbolically marked by the iconic moment when F.U.L.A. D.F. soldiers raised a Free United Lands of A flag in the ruins of a military factory overlooking the city.[3]
After securing the industrial district, the F.U.L.A. D.F. advanced into the financial district of Almotrand. Apart from sporadic confrontations with civilian militias, they met little resistance. This was primarily because most of Almotrand’s defenders had been redeployed to Weshcthon, where high-ranking military officials and government leaders, including Dest Azmin Smithon, had been evacuated. Additionally, some forces were merged with the United state of Amenica’s naval units to prepare for a future naval assault and amphibious landing on The Free United Lands of A.
By 9:00 PM, the F.U.L.A. D.F. reached the city center of Almotrand, only to find it completely abandoned. Within the next hour, the remaining parts of Almotrand fell under F.U.L.A. D.F. control, leading to a decisive victory in the Battle for Almotrand.
Despite this success, the battle incurred heavy casualties on both sides. The Free United Lands of A lost 553 F.U.L.A. D.F. soldiers, while the United state of Amenica suffered 865 soldiers killed and 45 tanks destroyed.
